If you are a Christian County Baptist Association church, taking a mission trip and  would like to apply for assistance click on the link below for the request form and simply follow the directions on the form. All requests for assistance are based on the following: Funds availability and order received. All request for assistance must be received 45 days prior to departure. This allows sufficient time for the Missions & Evangelism Teams to meet and review the requests submitted.
